The house has many amenities including a smart TV in each room, everything you need for kitchen, board games and a foosball table. Located in SE Cape, walk 2 blocks to several local restaurants with live music- Fins, Point 57, and Mexico Lindo. 3 miles to downtown Cape Coral, 12 miles to fort Myers beach and 17 miles to Sanibel beaches. During the winter months a pool heating fee is added. The fee is $100 per stay/per week. If you do not want to use the pool heater during your stay, this fee can be adjusted. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis.
