The outdoor living area features lush grounds that blend together, outdoor seating, a dining area that seats 8, a built-in barbecue and bar, and is situated next to the gorgeous pool & spa. All the amenities you need and more. Outdoors: Take a dip in the pool or soak in the rays on one of the six loungers. Enjoy some cocktails under the covered backyard patio. Grill up some burgers or steaks on the barbecue grill. Watch the grandkids splash in the pool from the comfortable patio couches. Challenge a friend to a round of Darts to finish off a fun evening. There is an optional fee for heating the pool. The request to heat the pool should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Indoors: Watch a movie on the 65-inch Roku television or play one of the many board games in the house. After you put the grandkids to bed for the night, enjoy a cocktail under the stars. Guest Suites 2, 3, and 4 have queen beds, 50-inch HD televisions, switch-controlled ceiling fans, and ensuite bathrooms. The casita is accessible from the back patio and features a Queen-sized Bed. Other Amenities: Wireless internet. European linens, bath, and pool towels. The kitchen is fully equipped, including zip lock bags, foil, and saran wrap. The laundry room has an ironing board, iron, and laundry pods. This property also features parking for 6, which includes 2 spots in the garage and 4 in the driveway. UTILITIES: Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.
