The Space: COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES 1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property. 2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc. 3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes. 4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning. 5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent. The Grove, as it's commonly called, is the oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood of Miami. The small bohemian village feel is countered by recognizable chain restaurants, but small local cafes, college bars, and independent boutiques still line the streets. Pull up a chair outside, watch the assortment of shoppers, bar-hoppers, students, and tourists stroll the streets and enjoy the laid-back ambience. Coconut Grove's relaxed atmosphere extends into the many open-air bay front parks in the area, including Peacock Park, Kennedy Park, The Barnacle Historic State Park and more. Getting Around: If you do not have a car ,Uber and Lyft are frequently used and reliable throughout the neighborhood and all of South Florida. Other Things to Note: You are walking distance to many great places. Pet Fee is $150 - 1 time fee to hire a cleaning staff to deep clean home. Interaction with Guests: Im am fully available if you need me, but I do not live here at this home.
