The bed smile from the bathroom. However it's bearable when keeping the bathroom's door shut.

Le personnel est très poli, gentil et serviable, très professionnel. Nous étions au 4me étage avec vue sur la mer. L’hôtel est bien placé : au calme, à proximité d’un marché de nuit pour manger ainsi que les restaurants et plages. Hôtel propre. A refaire.

Everything - if this was a cheap ‘motel’ type stay for a quick stopover then it’s passable. Staff shouting below our room, loud drilling as they replaced the aircon units and a setting that was just not great. We had a nice hour in the pool as no one else was around - but this was the calm before the storm…no space around the pool with only 4 loungers tucked up between the pool view villas. When we returned from dinner (we found an awesome restaurant ’Rawai View’ just off the other end of the strip) the Chinese families which make up the majority (all signs and aircon remote all in Chinese) had their doors open in tower block community fashion, shouting with kids running up and down the corridor and the pool had been dominated by the very large European family who were clearly disappointed with the setting - but had decided to get drunk and engage in competition to make more noise than anyone else. I was sharing their pain….the fact it’s also 1.5km from the strip with no beach access was the icing on the sad stale cake.

Das sollte am Meer liegen … schönes Foto … aber da ist eine stinkende Lagune wo bei Ebbe kein Wasser ist .. Kein Strand un der Umgebung , jeden Tag Taxi das war teuer genug .. jeder Strand ist 4-11 km fern .. es wird von Chinesen geführt … anderes Thema das Frühstück… so schlecht als nie … meine Frau müsste im Krankenhaus nach ein solches Gefäß … würde niemanden raten da Urlaub verbringen.. am Ende wollten die sogar die Reinigung der Leintücher rechnen .. es hatte etwas frage von einer Bekleidung angenommen… nicht anders ..

Very friendly staff, great views from the balcony and clean rooms. Everything was great. Plus they recommended a super good restaurant very close to hotel just after the 7/11 on the main street.

Our stay in the KANA Hotel was one of the best ones we ever had. The personnel is extremely helpful polite and kind. There is nothing which was not achievable by them. The place is freshly renewed and looks great. Staff is taking care of every little detail. It was clean, fresh, and nearby the local market. The pool with warm and clear water was available anytime. The room was huge. Really recommend that to everyone.
