You'll be a short drive away from the Breckenridge Ski Resort and historic Downtown shops and restaurants. Combine luxury home life with five-star hospitality for your next Colorado adventure. ​​​​​​​ MAIN LEVEL KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM / DINING / MASTER / 2BATHS / PRIMARY DECK + GRILL Upon arrival, you'll park in the oversized, heated garage. There is plenty of storage for mountain gear as well as luxurious boot warmers. The entry space has seating for easy shoe removal and coat storage. The Master suite has incredible wilderness views from oversized windows. It features a sumptuous King bed, a walk-in closet, its own private laundry, and an en-suite bath. The bathroom features a modern design plus oversized windows that immerse you in forest surroundings, along with a dual vanity, an open-design shower lined with gorgeous tile, and a huge soaking tub. It's an inviting space that inspires deep relaxation. The Overlook has a fully equipped, eat-in chef's kitchen with brand new Wolf appliances, modern cabinetry, and a spacious pantry. The black granite countertops offer plenty of space to gather over cocktails or prepare an elaborate dinner. Private chefs are welcome. All appliances are included, you'll find everything you'd expect to have at home, along with plates and silverware, glassware, and utensils. One of the unique features of this modern kitchen is its built-in coffee and cappuccino bar; an exquisite and empowering start to the day. The spacious living room features lofted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows. You'll have ample natural light as well as electric shades to occlude them as needed. Sink into the oversized leather couch to watch a movie with the crew after dinner. The hallmark of this unique home is the view. Pictures don't fully capture of the experience of walking out into the deck and being immersed in forest surroundings, while overlooking the peaks of the Rocky Mountains and the Goose Pasture wetlands. From the spacious deck, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. There is a gas grill for al-fresco cooking as well. LOWER LEVEL SECOND LIVING ROOM / HOT TUB TERRACE / 2 BEDROOMS / 2 BATHS The lower level features three additional guest suites, two bathrooms, a second living room, a second laundry room, and access to the private hot tub and terrace. Descend the modern staircase into the sleek lower level living room, with a comfortable and brand new couch, a flatscreen TV and a bar for easy access for evening cocktails. The terrace has a large, brand new hot tub, along with a new couch for extra comfort. This home is designed for connection with nature, and you can access nearby hiking trails by stepping out to the terrace. Nearby hiking trails include Spruce Creek, Crystal Lake, Mayflower Lake, as well as the famous fourteener and local favorite, Mt. Quandary. Bedroom 1: Queen bed, built-in gas fireplace, dresser, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bath with walk-in shower, plus its own terrace access. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, flatscreen TV, private closet. Bedroom 3: Two twin beds. These two bedrooms share another full bathroom with an ultra modern shower and incredible views. TOP LEVEL LOFT / ROOF TERRACE / THIRD LIVING ROOM / POWDER ROOM The open loft overlooks the main living room and provides incredible views of your natural surroundings. There's an extremely comfortable couch that can be used for sleeping, along with a flatscreen TV, a modern wet bar, and a powder room designed unlike any you've experienced before. We're in the process of furnishing the roof terrace, a gorgeous and inviting outdoor space. The Overlook is a unique retreat that blends modern design with once-in-a-lifetime Rocky Mountain views. Enjoy seclusion while staying three miles away from the convenience and adventure of Downtown Breckenridge. We welcome reservations up to one year in advance. This home is nonsmoking, not suitable for events, nor for families with very young children or pets. STR License: LR23-000022 4WD or AWD vehicles with snow tires or 3-Peak Mountain/Snowflake-Rated tires are required during the winter season; Summit County is a high alpine environment and quite snowy in winter months.
