Our family resides on the ground level and there is no overlap as the foyer is for guest use and we have our own separate entrance. The fully fenced yard area is shared and so is the exercise room which is in the backyard shed. Please note that if you have a pet, we appreciate you knowing the temperament of the pet if it is staying with you, including the breed. We also need to know this because if you stay and the next guest is allergic to pets, we need more prep time for a proper cleaning of the suite so everyone's stay can be comfortable and clean.
