Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation. Guest Access: Once the rental agreement and ID form have been returned, guests will receive an automated SMS before 9:30am on the day of your arrival. The key is to be retuned back into the key safe using the same code on departure.
