Now, let's talk about restful nights. The Big Blue boasts five bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to accommodate your group. Three king-sized bedrooms provide luxurious comfort for couples or those seeking extra space. A fourth bedroom features two full-over-full bunk beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. Finally, the fifth bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. GVR # 13650 House Rules: - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Pets are not allowed. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
