Missing/Damaged Items - We understand that accidents happen; however, any damage to the home, furnishings, or missing items will result in a charge to the guest to cover the cost of the item(s). Parking - Street parking is prohibited. Guests have access to 3 driveway spaces and the garage, if needed. Pets - Only dogs allowed. Pets must be registered. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Owners MUST clean up after pets. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $100 per found offense, plus any and all applicable fees due to damage caused by animal. Pool - Guests may use the pool at their own risk. Absolutely NO glass near the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. No animals allowed in the pool.
