You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations. **POOL: Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund. Please note: excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.** **HOT TUB: Hot tub is available year-round. Guests found tampering with the hot tub equipment or destruction in any way are subject to immediate termination of their stay AND/OR a hot tub drain and full service fee. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee.
