About this space Southeast convenience, quiet cul de sac; two blocks to K-10/23rd and Harper; one block County Fairgrounds; six minutes to downtown. New kitchen; luxury vinyl flooring thru out; walk-in shower (no tub). Large bdrm w/queen bed; small bdrm=floor mattresses=two twin/can be stacked. Utility room for private study desk. Owner lives/works in adjacent duplex available to accommodate any needs. The space Easy access to Kansas City (1 hour from the airport). Walk to 10 Market Place for food (Set Em Up Jacks for big screens sports bar and grill, Mexican, Subway, coffee, convenience and liquor; or Stanley James Smokehouse at the gas station; or drive six minutes to downtown. Home is not child proofed. Under-age or excessive drinking prohibited. No extra guests without permission in advance. The small second bedroom has two twin floor mattresses (can be stacked for one), which are quite comfortable. (You're welcome to bring an inflatable mattress.) Guest access Park in front of garage door on right (east side of duplex).
