The beds were very comfortable! The patio was spacious! The room had great supplies if you wanted to cook a meal there it would be quite possible as there were pots and pans, bakings sheets, graters, utensils etc. The room was quiet and also very private!

The parking was VERY tight. We had to do like a 7 point turn to get into the spot and then had to climb out the passenger window. Defiantly wouldn't work if you had a larger SUV.

We loved the apart-hotel. Have no major complaints, we really enjoyed our stay, there was a lot of space and had everything we needed.

The most inconvenient part of this stay was the parking lot. The spaces are small, hard to get into and there were very few spots considering how much we had to pay for parking. There was also a lot of noise on our floor- would be nice to make the space a bit more soundproof.

Superior customer service - highly responsive. Size of suite and all-you-would-ever need amenities, exceptional. Great location, especially with the (PLANK) resto on ground floor and the DETOUR coffee shop around the corner. Convenient and secure onsite/underground parking. Environmentally conscious - recycling, pared back housekeeping services, etc - kudos.

Onsite parking was on the higher end, pricewise but pleased that it was available, convenient and secure.

Comfort 5* : stayed for one night and could’ve stayed a week. The beds were super comfortable and pillows were great. It was clean and had a great seating area. Overall space 5*: it was a fun aesthetic with pop art throughout. The outdoor space was huge. The entire apartment was so spacious and there was lots of closet space for three girls. Fully loaded 5*: there was ice! The shampoo and conditioner looked high end. The coffee was top notch. Literally you can just show up. Safety 5*: super safe code system. Have to use to go everywhere in the building. Felt super secure. Amenities 5*: restaurant Plank was superb. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Conveniently located in the building. Highly recommend! Wifi 5*: worked perfectly! Location 5*: located in a cool area. Bars at the doorstep Parking 5*: super secure in building basement. Felt so comfortable leaving our car there overnight. Customer service 5*: Aamir was fantastic! Communication was quick and seamless. They even accommodated a last minute additional room and placed us right next door. We were absolutely blown away by the service standard at the Laundry Room from booking until after we left. Price 5*: unbelievable steal.
