The second bedroom on this level has Gulf views, a trundle bed offering 2 twins, a collection of books, and a record player for a touch of nostalgia. Step outside onto the wrap around deck and take a deep breath as you soak in the fresh island air. Venture upstairs to find a bright and airy open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows. The living area has ample seating for 6, a large TV, and a gas fireplace to keep you warm on cooler winter days. The dining area seamlessly flows into a chef's dream kitchen complete with a granite island and every imaginable amenity for cooking and entertaining. From every angle you will enjoy the views of water. Down the hall, a generously sized bedroom, featuring a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and sunset water views. The adjacent full bathroom has a large walk-in shower, ensuring a touch of luxury during your stay. For your convenience, the upstairs also holds a washer and dryer. Step outside onto the wrap around deck where you will find a gas grill and plenty of seating to sit back and enjoy your time here on the island. Step back in time with us and come enjoy Cedar Key, the last of Old Florida. -Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying -Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways -Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic -Parties and/or events are not allowed -No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke -Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal -$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit -Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom -Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance -Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout. -Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more. -Please don’t rearrange the furniture. -Please do your dishes. -No illegal substances allowed on premises. - Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military. - ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies. - Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°. - If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations.
