Located in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $472 per night is a great choice for your next break. The Oasis 605 - 3 Bedroom 4 Bath Sleeps 12 2 King Suites and another bedroom with 3 queen beds and queen sleeper in the den. Book now for your dream vacation before someone else snatches this wonderful 6th floor unit. The den is furnished with a 70' SMART TV, DVD, two couches, oversize recliner and much more. Dining room seats 8 and 4 more seats at the full granite bar area. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need except the food. The wet bar is fully equipped with everything including the ice maker. Just add your favorite beverage! Master Suite has King Size bed with premium Tempur-pedic style mattress. Also equipped with a 50' SMART TV and DVD. The master bath is spacious with double vanity, whirlpool garden tub and large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. Large closet and separate powder room. Bath is upgraded with granite counter tops and tile surround. Bedroom 2 has a King Bed, 42' SMART TV and private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, queen over queen bunk bed, 42' SMART TV, DVD and private bath with tub/shower combo. Bathroom 4 has large tile shower and includes the washer and dryer as well as a toilet. This is the perfect unit. The 6th floor is not too low or too high. You can see the family at the pool or lazy river and look out over the gulf without being scared of heights from the upper floors. This unit has a large lobby outside the front door for the kids to play or parents to sneak out and read a book or just relax. Also quick access to elevators and a great benefit is parking on the same floor as the unit. Parking passes must be purchased by guest upon arrival.

Beautiful beachfront condo! I traveled with 7 family members and we all had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing, and Pam and John were quick to answer any questions. As with most condos, parking is limited and is extra money. But since we went in the off season, there were plenty of spaces.

The condo was more than expected. Perfect for both young and old. Indoor as parking on same floor as condo is BIG plus One issue that were taken care of immediately by owners who are readily available if needed. Will definitely stay here again maybe later this year

We loved the condo but the parking and the elevators definitely need some help. It was horrible trying to find parking and getting up and down on the elevators.

Loved the condo - very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Clean. Only issue encountered was the florescent light in the kitchen needs replaced. Hard to see while cooking. Kitchen area very dim. Light never reached a full glow. When I read the reviews, I noted that the same issue has been reported before. I would certainly rent this same condo again. Please fix the light - that is the only suggestion I have. Thanks

This was a great stay with two families with young children! The lazy river and slide were a huge hit for everyone. The accommodations were perfect. We loved being able to store all of our beach and pool items right outside of our door and the kids loved burning off some energy in the large open area right outside of the condo. We had other family members staying in the unit just next door which was super convenient. The only negative comment is that there was a long wait for the elevators at certain times of the day. Otherwise it was a great stay We would love to come back!

My family and I had a great stay at this property last week. The accommodations were great and we had everything we needed. The dishwasher detergent dispenser cup wouldn’t stay closed but I’m sure there is a quick fix for that. Everything was clean and beautiful inside condo. Things to be aware of about the building that the owners have no control over: 1) cell service with Verizon is horrible around the building so you will need to connected to Wi-Fi, and 2) power will sporadically go out in various places throughout the building but they were pretty quick to get it back on (prop mgmt says it is a problem for various buildings nearby and they are trying to remedy the issue).

The condo was beautiful. It is even prettier than the pictures show. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. It is nicely decorated and feels so homey and comfortable. I will absolutely stay there again

Loved that we were able to park right outside our door! Condo was as pictured. The only downside was the dryer in the unit, had to use several drying cycles to get the laundry dry.

I loved the condo....I would love to have seen brighter colors in the bedrooms and more "beach" decor....the one bedroom to the left as you enter condo was very dark...I think it needed to be brighter and "beachier" BUT I did love the location and the size; also the bulbs in the kitchen and bedrooms need to be a bit brighter, especially in the kitchen...other than that...it was PERFECT.....WOULD DEF STAY THERE AGAIN and the management/owner was very easy to contact and fast to respond.

The Condo was amazing! The kitchen has everything you needed, plenty of glassware for the bar, enough towels for 12. Loved being on the 6th floor so we didn’t have to wait on the elevator. I would stay again!

Everything about the rooms was great, clean, easy to enter room, parking on same level as room , beautiful accommodations, but the pools and hot tubs had to much chlorine, we all whelped up , rashes on our legs and bodies Couldn’t enjoy swimming for burning and hurting. Had to take grandchildren to walk in clinic because rash was so severe

We had the best time! The care that Pam and John put into their property is impeccable. There were 13 of us ranging from 1 year to 70 years. There was plenty of space and we never felt crowded. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking supplies right down to baking pans. It’s the little things for me like the fridge with ice and water in the door as well as the additional ice maker. That’s not something you typically see in a rental condo and was so beneficial. The location was ideal! We loved being able to park on the same floor as the condo. We had a beautiful view of the gulf and even saw some dolphins early in the morning before the beach goers came out. We’ve already talked about renting again for future vacations. Thank you!!

First off it was nice. The 2 king beds we slept in were very comfy. The kitchen pots/pans were well stocked (need a working can opener). The dishes were nice, short on wine glasses if you wanted a guest. The communication with Pam was a fast response. The four stars was the owner needed to do some repairs, not the managers fault if they do not.
