I acknowledge that causing the fire alarm to go off will bring fire rescue and result in a $1,010.00 charge. I will never leave any items in the hallway to include (but not limited to) shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas and groceries. I will not play music (except with headphones plugged in) in any of the common areas, including the back patio. It is very important that the house is returned in the same condition in which they were delivered at the time of check in. The guest has 8 hours after check in to report any existing damage to the property, otherwise the guest will be held responsible. If the guest enters unregistered people or commits any infraction he/she can be expelled from the property by the property manager at any time without any refund for the full stay.
