A few coffee pods, tea bags, ground coffee, and filters are also included to get you started. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless appliances and is fully stocked for cooking, baking, and dining. The dining room has a large dining table and plenty of seats for everyone to sit together and enjoy a meal. A high chair is available for tiny vacationers to use as well. Bedrooms 3 and 4 will have use of the hallway bathroom. There is a full size laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. A fire escape ladder and fire extinguisher are located in the bedroom 2 closet. There are also fire extinguishers under the kitchen sink, in the laundry room and in the garage area. No fires of any kind are allowed on the property with the exception of cooking on the outdoor grill. No fireworks of any kind are allowed on the streets or properties in the neighborhood.
