Moku is like nothing else! - Arriving guests who wish to use the private 23-foot pontoon boat option for the duration of their stay must arrive at the Bradenton Beach Marina (located at 402 Church St North, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217) before 4:30 pm - no exceptions - on the day of check-in to attend mandatory training and fill out all necessary paperwork. If you wish to extend the boat rental beyond seven nights, please speak with the Marina representative when you are onsite for pickup. The dock can accommodate up to a 22ft boat, and the lift is unavailable for guest use. If you plan on bringing your boat, please call the AMI Local reservations team before the arrival date so the additional boat fee is not charged. This property does not allow pets. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
