If you wish to smoke please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts correctly. Do not smoke near open doors or windows, to ensure the smoke doesn’t come into the property. If we need to deep clean the property due to a breach of these rules a $500 fee will be charged. This is a very quiet block so no visitors or loud noise. There is no smoking allowed in the unit, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
