The community has its own launch ramp and community center with a pool and mini golf course. House shares a dock with (LAKE FRONT AT THE DRAGON). You can book both houses if you need extra space, they are next door to each other. If you're looking to rent a wakeboard boat, and or a tow vehicle to enjoy your vacation, please let us know so we can help arrange one for you. The house features a game room, lake views, and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Wine tasting is near by as is the town of Paso Robles. The OAK hill market is a full service grocery store. There is gas station is also nearby, also a Pizza shop, Sandwiches, and coffee readily available. The property also has access to a community beach when the water is down, the dock provides a place to tie up your boat and swim around.
