The Neighborhood: El Tigre offers a lot to see and do! Stop by Paradise Plaza, where you will find several shops and restaurants, including a grocery store, Starbucks, the Buonissimo ice cream shop, and more. You’ll be just about a mile (1.6 km) to the public beach access, and the community offers amenities like Kid’s World, tennis/pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a spa, just to name a few. Just note that certain areas of the complex have restrictions, and the use of El Tigre Golf Course, Sports, and Beach Club comes with a fee. Getting Around: The property is approx 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations. - Travelers must be at least 24 years of age or older to book. - Families with children are always welcome. - For groups, we ask that all members be at least 24 years old. - Golf carts and bicycles can be rented for an extra fee (subject to availability). - Check-in is from 4 pm to 9 pm. Late check-ins from 9 pm to 11 pm is available upon request for 500 MXN. Please send us your ETA and IDs (mandatory) at least a week before the check-in date or upon booking confirmation. - The resort requires identification for all guests staying in the condo at least 7 days prior to arrival. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - The number of guests must not exceed the number on the reservation, or there is a fee. - Depending on the booking site used to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required before arrival or at check-in. It is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. A mandatory weekly cleaning is required for stays of 7 nights or more. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $200 USD fine and you'll be removed from the premises. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed at this property. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - Please do not hang towels over the balcony. - We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind. - We are not responsible for any accidents involving guests or companions inside the condo premises or the complex. * Any issues in complying with these stated rules will be grounds for a direct cancellation of the booking without a refund. Interaction with Guests: You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally. You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay.
