Nice house within walking distance of the beach. Pool was less than a block away. Comfortably fit 6 adults and 6 teenagers.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had three families staying together and each family had their own space and bathroom. The house was very clean and the property management was very responsive when communication was necessary. The only complaint was that our check in was delayed one hour due to the cleaning crew being there. Other than that we loved the property and I highly recommend a stay when you are in town.

We had a great house with just a nice walk to the beach and then the pool was clean and a great way to let the kids play after the beach

We had a great time at Orange Beach. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family. The only drawback is when we got there the code would not work and took a little bit to get in. Because of the storms that happened few days before the TV wasn’t working and we were told it would be a week to fix it. The access to the beach a little less than a mile and you could not park your car there so you had to drop your family off take your car back to the house and walk back. We did enjoy our stay I would recommend this house.

Really nice place with master lower level. Close to nature trail where there is pond/water bridge. The kids were constantly going to bridge to see alligator. Place was close to the nice community pool and short wall to beach

We loved this property! It had plenty of space for 3 families with small children. Very clean, nice neighborhood. Wish beach access had been a little closer or more clear, but we knew that when booking. Overall, we would come back!

This house was perfect for my family. My two boys, their wives
and 4 children 2 and under. The kitchen was nicely stocked
with cooking equipment. I gave a 5 star as it was everything it
said it was.....no surprises. A few recommendations I have (as a STR owner of 2 properties) is provide a grill, provide garbage, bags, foil, baggies, clorox wipes, basic seasonings, etc.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. This home looks exactly like the pic ( clean, spacious, and welcoming). Hope we could have stayed longer. The host was nice and helpful. I would recommend this place and would return for another stay. Thank you.

Very nice house and neighborhood. Great location and close to beach access. Love that they also have a private entry for access to the beach. Would book this location again.

There so many options for sleeping! Love all the king size beds! The neighborhood pool was never crowded! I highly recommend this property! I only wish they provided more supplies like tissue, paper towels and trash bags! Being there for four days we had to go purchase these items.

My family, my parents, and my brother’s family all stayed in the home and we all loved it. We highly recommend and will definitely plan to come back!

This was my friends and I second time at Hangout Fest which had a great lineup this year. Nevertheless we spent most of our time in this gorgeous home relaxing, beautiful neighborhood and great people as well. I am definitely looking forward to staying here on our next trip to Orange Beach for Hangout Fest for an even longer stay.

The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet for Spring Break, which we appreciated. The beach was within walking distance and the public pool was a decent size, but not heated. The washer and dryer worked well, and the cooking supplies were all nice. The walls could use a bit of paint here and there, and the carpet had several stains. There was also a bit of a smoky smell upstairs, but uncertain as to why. It appears not everyone had treated the house nicely during their stay. For us, those were only minor issues, and didn’t affect the function of the house. We would still recommend the property.

We had the absolute BEST time in Orange Beach staying in Parks Edge. There is not a better location. We loved the connection to the state park and walking trails and beach access was so easy and beautiful. It was our first visit to Orange Beach and we will definitely be back. The only minor complaint we had was that the carpet seemed a little dirty in the beach house when we arrived but I imagine it is pretty tough to get all the sand cleaned up. We had my parents and my brother’s family and kids all in the same house and everyone loved it. Such a wonderful trip for our family. I can not recommend Park’s Edge enough.
