The amazing kitchen has granite counters, upgraded stainless range and whisper-quiet dw, and all the kitchen essentials to make the home chef happy including coffee bar items such as a pour-over, French press, frother and more! The Master bedroom includes a desk for the remote worker. Throughout this home are upgraded electrical outlets with USB charging capability. Along with standard cable, the Roku TVs have multi-media input capability and guest mode to allow utilizing your own subscription streaming services. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
