Our particular location is a close to 3 amazing Vilano beach restaurants including The Reef, Aunt Kate's, and world famous Cap's on the Water. In addition, the exclusive beach is a short 9 minute walk. Getting Around: Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful and available, but downtown St Augustine is also only a 5 minute drive. Other Things to Note: Safety: The hallways are lit with photosensor nightlights, so you can see your way at night when moving throughout the house. Attached at each photosensor light is an emergency, battery pack powered light, that can be detached and automatically turns into a flashlight. There are multiple escape routes throughout the house that are listed at the bottom of this handout. There is a motion sensor light over the main driveway. Pool Alarm: There is a pool alarm located on the sliding doors leading to the backyard. Anytime this door is opened or closed, the silence button needs to be activated prior to opening or the alarm will go off. This alarm is loud, on purpose! This prevents children and other youngin's from being unattended around the pool area. This cannot be turned off or unplugged. Below the sink is the fire extinguisher, as well as the first aid kit. The chiminea firepit is staked to the ground, and there is a wood poking fire stick next to it as well as a covered bin with sand. This can be used to put out a fire abruptly. In addition, the hose connected to the side of the house can be used to douse a fire if needed.
