Please note that a fine of $1,000 will be imposed for open bonfires within 60 feet of the home. When utilizing the Solo fire pit, use only wood; refrain from adding any other substances like water or sand, as the Solo fire pit will naturally burn out. Instructions for the Solo fire pit are provided in laminated form and posted in the garage. To maintain the Solo Fire Pit, avoid using a metal rake or any other metal object to move wood around. Indoor furniture, such as kitchen chairs, should not be moved outdoors; they are meant to remain inside the house. For outdoor seating, please use the designated beach chairs conveniently located in the garage. We kindly request adherence to quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.
