About this space: Welcome, make yourself at home! Cook a meal in the stocked kitchen, cozy up with a movie on the Roku TV, or head out to one of the many nearby restaurants/bars for the evening. In the mornings relax in the living room and enjoy views of the gardens and pool deck out the large windows. The space: The space is comfortable, quiet, relaxing, and has lot of natural light. Big windows in the living room look out on the pool, and the mounted TV has a Roku that allows you to access your Netflix, Hulu, or other accounts. A bright, clean kitchen is ready for you to cook your favorite meal. The master bedroom has a large comfy King bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and its own private bathroom entrance right outside. Guest access: Guests have access to the entire 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo. They have access to 1 assigned, covered parking spot for a vehicle and the ability to park 1 additional vehicle in an uncovered "visitor" spot. They also have access to an outdoor pool that the entire complex shares (the pool is generally closed September 1st through April 30th depending on weather). Other things to note: We provide enough toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and etc. To last about 3-4 days. For longer stays you might need to pick up extras part way through your stay :) The pool is generally closed September 1st through April 30th depending on weather. In the warm Texas climate, pests are inevitable. We have regular pest control and fantastic cleaners. However, you might occasionally see a bug especially during certain times of the year. We are always happy to sent pest control or the cleaners out for a touch up, but refunds are not given for seeing pests in or around the unit.
