Staying in the cabin is a gentle, back-to-nature experience with no washing machine, no clothes dryer, no noise, no dishwasher & no city hassles! However, you DO have most other creature comforts - electricity; gas hot water; kingsize bed with doonahs & electric blankets; en-suite bathroom with privacy screen; reverse cycle air conditioner/heater plus two electric 'log' fireplace heaters; indoor & outdoor dining areas; microwave; mini-electric oven; air-fryer; gas stovetop (4 burners); electric outdoor BBQ; crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils; comfy couch/sofa bed in living room; wrap-around scenic verandah with outdoor settings and cocktail bar; birdfeeder with special birdfood; and magical views of the tree-lined valley leading down to the Blackwood River. You'll have access to your cabin & surrounds plus six acres of private wooded river frontage 'common area' which form part of Fern Gulley Retreat. The valley behind the cabin is ideal for a gentle stroll; to watch the visiting wildlife & colourful birds; or to just admire the view from your verandah. When the Blackwood River is up you can go for a dip or maybe even catch a fish! As we are not on mains water, PLEASE USE THIS PRECIOUS RESOURCE SPARINGLY!
