Phaedrus Living Napa Blue Luxury Flat is the ideal choice for your Agia Napa get away. The flat is located on the ground floor and is available for 4 guests. The famous Nissi Beach is just a 15 minute walk away and the Ayia Napa Bar Street just a 5 minute drive away. Ayia Napa has lots to offer for a fun get away to a relaxing get away. We also recommend a drive to Protaras just 17 km away. As you enter the gate you will find a nice sized veranda with a sunbed and an umbrella plus an outdoor dining set for alfresco dining. Napa Blue Luxury Flat is open plan dining and living with a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave/oven, fridge and a washing machine. The living area has a comfy corner sofa bed, a smart tv and free Wi-Fi throughout the flat. The bedroom has two single beds which can be connected to become a double at your request. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
