Noisy. Room was super bright in the sleeping hours of the morning. They don’t have blackout curtains. Not at all comfortable sleep.

The room and overall appearance of the hotel was very clean and inviting. The gentleman working the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. The only issue we had was no coffee maker in the room without purchase. We drink coffee at all hours so this was inconvenient. I would stay again however without hesitation

Never got to stay, as hotel was overbooked. Hotels.com never checked with hotel for availability.

My stay was great! It's a newer building so the rooms were very modern and clean. Front desk was very kind and courteous. Next, the shower was hot and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is very large thankfully! It was a quiet building with an amazing laundry room with coin and electronic payment options. Full fridge and microwave with two electric eyes to cook. You can bring your own cooking set or buy a new one at the front desk! Overall a great stay, I would stay again!

I choose to stay at Woodsprings suites because I'm waiting to move into my house and ive stayed before. Its ever so clean and nice. Minus the noisy neighbors, overall its kool.

Can hear everything above and below room. Can hear everyone walking and talking at all hours of the night. Room was clean

Once we walked in Mr. Foye was there to warmly greet us. Deano made our check in process not only easy but enjoyable… He made us feel right at home and that meant a lot to us as we were staying there for 2 weeks. The building is brand new, the whole facility was spotless, and the staff and other guests were very friendly. This will be our home away from home when we come to Chicagoland! Thank you again Mr. Foye and crew!!

Front desk worker Cindy was by far amazing!!! She and her grand daughter was such a blessing to meet . Definitely would go back just to see them!!! She definitely accommodated our needs!! And went above and beyond and didn’t give up on us

I paid for the hotel and got there and they said they couldn’t find my reservation and waited in the lobby for over an hour which made me miss my work deadline and had to change hotels which was very inconvenient. It was their fault, not hotels.com, but i think that there should be a full reimbursement.
