All guests must complete required paperwork and acknowledge pet rules prior to arrival. Unfortunately, the HOA restricts certain breeds of dogs (their rule not ours). Under no circumstances shall a Pit Bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or mix), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario (canary dog) be permitted on the property. Guest MUST select the correct number of guests staying during the reservation. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. - No more than three vehicles allowed. - No smoking/vaping. If any evidence of smoking/vaping is found there will be a $500 additional cleaning charge. - Do NOT place luggage on furniture or linens. Any damage or stains to furniture or linens will be charged to the guest. - One small dog (no other type of pet) under 25 pounds. Insurance must list homeowner and/or hoa as additionally insured. Please note trailers can not be stored on site.
