The main floor has the living area, kitchen, and dining, while the upper level includes a Jr Master with a private bath and two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full-size beds and a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with new linens and closets for guests comfort. **KITCHEN & DINING** The living space is designed with an open concept, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that includes marble countertops, a microwave, and an electric oven. All necessary cookware, dishes, utensils, Keurig and drip coffee maker and dishwasher pods are provided for your convenience. The dining area is highlighted by a wooden table with stylish chairs and bench seating that can accommodate up to six guests. Additionally, there is a large kitchen island complemented by three barstools, offering additional seating options. This area is encircled by multiple decks, providing ample space for relaxation. This house also includes a flat driveway with a basketball goal, ideal for guests who enjoy outdoor sports. Your safety matters. This property has Ring Cameras with audio on the exterior parts of the house. These will be on at all times but don't worry, it absolutely does not look into interior spaces. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home for the duration of your stay including full kitchen. Free parking is available in the spacious covered carport. **Other things to note** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
