It is located directly on the Bay side of the island and has a private beach perfect for sunbathing, swimming, dolphin and blue heron watching, and shell hunting. FAMILY & PET FRIENDLY Our family and pet friendly rental has three spacious bedrooms, all en-suites, each featuring stunning bay views. Two of the rooms have king beds and one room has two doubles. Our beachside tiki bar, steps away from our private beach, features a sink, full-size refrigerator, commercial ice maker, and blender, creating the perfect spot for mixing up your favorite drinks, rain or shine. TWO SWIM CLUBS For a additional guest fee, SweetWater Bay guests can have exclusive access to The Island Club and Safety Harbor Club, offering pools, a hot tub, a bar/restaurant, free bike and kayak rentals, pickleball courts, and more. A shared fishing dock, right in front of the house, allows for fishing, dolphin watching, and grocery drop-offs, all while enjoying the company of starfish.
