This gorgeous 2 bed city centre hidden home can be found down an alleyway, off Watergate St, one of Chester's most popular cobbled streets and is less than a 5 minute walk to Chester Racecourse and close to all the restaurants, cafes & bars. With exposed beams, a private courtyard and and all amenities you need, this is the perfect choice. (there is no on street parking but there are several car parks nearby and cost is around £6 for 24 hours) A Beautifully decorated property hidden right in the heart of the city centre! The living/dining area is spacious, providing a fantastic sociable area. There is a fireplace, large-screen TV and fast WiFi. The galley kitchen is shaker style and is equipped with appliances which include a hob, oven, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer and dishwasher. Both double bedrooms are stylish with high quality furnishings and hotel quality bed linen. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a super king size bed and wardrobe. There is a full bathroom with 3 piece white suite and a further shower room. There is also a private, gated, courtyard and guests will have access to the whole property. Set just off one of Chester's most popular streets teeming with independent coffee shops, bars, galleries and restaurants. This is an ideal location for anyone visiting Chester. Chester Racecourse is less than a 5 minute walk away! There is short-stay parking just behind the property, but it is limited to 30minutes and the Chester traffic wardens are very active! However, it is ideal for packing/unpacking your car. We recommend the Linenhall carpark which is a short 3 minute walk from the property and is £6 for 24hr. Just a 5 minute walk away from Chester Racecourse. Linenhall Car Park & the Trinity Street Car Park at the Crown Plaza are both within a few minutes walk (charges will apply). The train station is a 5/10 minute drive from the property. In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed. Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield. If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester. Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered. We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavor to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items. Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We are willing to be flexible with this by arrangement - but this is dependent on other bookings - so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours. Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.
