It is less than a 5 minute drive to Main Street and Colby College. Less than 10 minutes to Thomas College or Northern Light Inland Hospital. Maine General Hospital in Augusta is a short 23 min drive. This is the downstairs unit apartment of a two unit apartment building. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES • Please leave trash curbside on Tuesday evening to be picked up Wednesday. You may use the garbage can on the side of the apartment labeled 8 Pleasant (to prevent animals from tearing the bags apart). Trash must be placed in the Town of Waterville purple trash bags in order for it to be picked up. • During the winter months, please help keep the walkway clear of snow and ice. Shovels and sand are provided for all guests to use as needed. Please move vehicle when necessary for the driveway to be cleared of snow. Parking on the road during the winter months WILL result in your vehicle being towed. Please note that refunds are not provided for weather-related events such as storms or power outages. • For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from burning candles in the home. • Guests are required to sign Excapeaway’s Rental Agreement prior to the check-in.
