Nestled in Berry Hill, this attractive house for $604 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. STRP #2023-07-05-458 and 2023-06-10-441 Our 2 perfectly located/ redesigned town homes offer convenience, luxury, and comfort to groups of all sizes. The open kitchens and living areas are a great gathering spaces for your group to enjoy time together and the five bedrooms offer multiple sleeping arrangements (10 beds including bunks and 1 air mattress). There are also 4 full bathrooms and 3 half baths conveniently located throughout the homes. * You can rent this property and others at HarleysHomesNashville.com *We have 4 additional town homes in this complex. If you need more space, just ask! :) Our town homes have just been completely redesigned and updated! Both homes have an open floor plan that includes a large/open living,dining,and kitchen area that your group can hang out in and enjoy together. There is a balcony off of both kitchens that is perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink while catching the sun set! *THERE IS A TV IN EVERY BEDROOM!!!! LAYOUT OF # 2705 *Main level. Exit to the garage. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with trundle. *half bath *Second level. Living, Dining, Kitchen *half bath There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room *Third level Washer/dryer, 2 ottomans that each fold out into a single bed Bedroom 2- King size bed with ensuite Bathroom Bedroom 3- 2 Queens with ensuite bathroom LAYOUT OF #2707 *Main level is actually the 2nd level 2nd floor is kitchen, dining, living room (There is a sleeper sofa in the living room) *Half bath 3rd Level- Bedroom #1- 1 King bed and 1 day bed w/attached trundle. *Ensuite full bathroom Bedroom #2- Full sized bunk beds *Ensuite full bathrooms Both homes also have a 2 car garage for you to use along with plenty of free street parking. All of this and you're only 2.5 miles from Broadways Honky Tonks and walking distance to multiple "Locals" bars and restaurants. We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :) We are always available, but will not be at the property unless needed. We are located just off of 8th Ave South a little over 2 miles South of downtown. The immediate area allows for you to walk to multiple bars and restaurants, grocery stores, and a park! You are welcome to bring a car and use the garage, but if you prefer not to drive uber/lyft are always available 24hrs and are typically less than a 5 min wait. If you have a large group we have 4 additional/similar units that are all connected in this small development. You can add on as many as you like as long as they are available. **If you would like a Nashville recording artist to come to our home and play a private acoustic set of your favorite songs and even some originals, please just ask us how. His name is Noah Alan and you can find his music on all platforms! ***PLEASE NOTE, we only provide a starter set of any amenities. This includes but is not limited to: 2-toilet paper rolls 2-rolls of paper towels 1-cleaning sponge 1-travel size bar soap and shampoo A handful of K-cups or small bag of coffee grounds
