The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax. * Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise. * Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.) * Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency. * Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
