If you wish to check in early, there is an additional fee of $50 per hour for checking in between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. For early check-in before 2:00 PM there will be an additional fee equal to the full nightly rate. Early check-in MUST be approved in advance and in writing. *Early check-in is not always available* LATE CHECK-OUT - Check-out time is 11:00 AM. There will be an additional fee of $100 for checking out after 11:00 AM. If guests check out after 1:00 PM, an additional fee equal to the full room rate will be charged. Late check-out MUST be approved in advance and in writing. *Late check-out is not always available* The hot tub heating fee is $20 per day. It is optional. Hurricane season is from June 1-November 30. This rental does NOT consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstance as they state they are “foreseeable”, therefore the host’s cancellation policy will apply. We strongly urge guests to purchase insurance with weather-related protection in case of unexpected changes in plans. Purchasing insurance is always encouraged, but it is especially important for reservations between the above dates.
