The Space: This incredibly unique home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths across three distinct and sprawling levels. The first level features an expansive game room with pool table, TV, and other assorted games. This room exits directly out to the pool. The garage is located on the opposite side of this level and features three spaces for cars. The second level features a living room and kitchen on the left side and two detached bedrooms on the right side, both of which feature private entrances in the front of the house and can be accessed independently of the main house (great for teens or kids). Both the bedrooms and living room/kitchen have exceptional views of Roosevelt channel and exit out onto back patio with stairs leading down to pool. The third level of this home features three bedrooms, including the master bedroom, all of which feature fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Roosevelt Channel.
