A great place, convenient for the airport.

The location and view from the balcony were both excellent. Just a few steps to the harbour, bars and supermarket. Not up a big hill like many properties in Cavcat. In spite of central location, it was a very quiet area and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Nothing bad to say about the place.

Fabulous location. Cannot recommend this place more. The balcony overlooked the harbour, faced east.

Location was superb.

A microwave would have been nice.

Good

Great location and free parking.

The accommodation was basic. No hair dryer no washing up liquid. One roll of toilet paper for seven days. Room was clean but cramped.

Pleasant

The location was excellent, very central to everything, quiet and had everything we needed.

The accommodation was rather basic, as we expected for the cost. The manager was pleasant but spoke very little English, and we spoke no Croatian, so that made communication regarding the wifi rather difficult. The wifi was more non-existent that intermittent, very frustrating for all 3 days

very convenient location, clean and friendly landlady.

Landlord kindly let us move into the room ahead of time. Very clean and good fridge and aircon.

The wardrobe wasn't good. One drawer wouldn't open. No hair dryer no washing up liquid or tea towels. This would have helped.

Excellent. My apologies for forgetting to turn off the air-con when going out a couple of times.

Room 3 was better than the rooms above as the sunshine on the roof did not turn the room into an oven. View from the terrace is lovely. Superb central location in the village.

WI-fi reception was a little patchy.

Very poor quality.

The fact that it my 3rd visit but only second stay at Mihajica apartment.

The room for 2 was unacceptable. No cooking facilities. Only a fridge and kettle. We were told off for leaving air conditioner on though the day. Shower was cold. We were inundated with ants, even our beds. I stayed at the same apartment last September but different room. My friend was unable to travel. I had 2 bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom. Why would 2 persons be put in a smaller room ? I explained to the owner last year as I left that we would be coming back this year. She was miffed because I booked through Booking.com and not her. I rang Direct Booker the night we arrived this year, only to be told I had booked a basic double room and was nothing they could do. I asked the owner what she would charge for us to stay the one night so we could find accommodation elsewhere. She said 40 Croatian Kuna. My friend and myself came to the conclusion we were only sleeping there and decided we would stay albeit disgusted and very upset. I hope this can be resolved. it is located in the old town with a nice view of the bay. Free parking is provided close to the appartment

The room is very cramped I can not imagine 3 adults would fit in.....

Exceptional

Great location in centre of the town near to the shops and restaurants. Lovely view from the balcony,room was clean and with all the facilities we need it. Highly recommended. Definitely will be back.

Lovely place, bad accomodation choice.

Location and panoramic overview. Owners are kind and helpful.

I had 2 options in Cavtat; a large pretty and well equiped flat just on the opposite side of the harbour and this studio. Both properties had the same price, l have to mention. I ended up chosing the studio ONLY for location and view. It's what l call "basic of the basics" kitchen is very poor, there was no soap in the bath and only a toilet paper roll for 6 days... Definitely the studio is too overpriced for the minimal it offers.

The apartments are in an excellent area and the hosts very helpful and friendly. We needed extra towels and pillows which they provided straight away. The apartment was basic but clean and suited us.

it could so easily be perfect, but....

This was a completely fine accommodation with amazing view of marina, but there was no hand soap and dish washing liquid . This can’t cost more than a few euros. That is such a shame as the property, although basic, is perfectly suitable and fine, but this way it feels as if the owners don’t have respect for guests if they are not willing to provide this basic hygiene equipment.

Very pleasant view from the balcony. Hostess excellent.

Location central to all local amenities. Balcony overlooked the quiet bay area and benefitted from morning sunshine.

The apartment is very well located with a very nice view towards the bay. The apartment is basic but has comfy mattress and pillows and a separate kitchen. Bathroom overall is ok. I would give this apartment a 3-star rating.

We arrived on a public holiday and found out that there is no soap, shampoo , kitchen liquid, tea and coffee bags and sugar in the apartment. At least some of those should be there anyway
