The home is stocked with Keurig coffee pods, tea, creamer, sugar, hot chocolate, regular coffee and filters, filtered water and ice available from refrigerator and so much more. Please see pet fees. The Kitchen has all modern appliances and most basic cooking utensils including: silverware, cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, pizza pan, noodle strainer, spatulas, mixer, etc:) The home is an amazing place to stay for families coming to town or workers who want a nice place to relax. Approximately 1800 sq ft to use between the 1500 sq ft home and 300 sq ft of additional outdoor space to relax in the garage or back porch. Amazing Backyard with a standard charcoal grill stored in the garage. PLEASE only use grill outdoors and not in porch/garage to avoid smoke/heat damage. Driveway can park up to 4 coupe/sedan sized cars, and one car additional in front of home. There is a 2 car garage with laundry room that can fit up to 1 couple/sedan as well if needed. Pets (dogs) are allowed ($100+tax minimum fee) with a pet fee of 45.00 per pet per day+tax, $200+tax a week, or $500+tax a month per pet. Multiple pets require prior approval Bully breeds are not allowed Please cover furniture and guard against the pet smell with proper grooming **There is still an additional $100 cleaning fee per cleaning schedule for service/ESA as the extra cleaning type needed to prevent allergies, hair, sheets, couches etc. required for future guests.
