The well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker is perfect for preparing exquisite homemade meals and treats for the crew. Attached to the kitchen is the designated laundry room, complete with a washer/dryer and a sink. There are two dining areas located on opposite sides of the kitchen, along with a breakfast bar that offers additional seating. The living area seamlessly opens onto an enclosed lanai, where you can spend endless hours relaxing and sunbathing. The highlight of the space is the heated outdoor pool with a basketball hoop. Cornhole and pickleball extend the outdoor fun. The covered patio boasts a comfortable lounge area with a smart TV overlooking the pool. Sleeping arrangements include a main bedroom with a smart TV, access to the enclosed lanai, and an en suite bath. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
