It benefits from a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, kitchen utensils both silicone and wood, 1 oven tray, pots and frying pan, dishware and cutlery. Complementary Tea/Coffee will only be provided per booking only. Living space benefits from a large sofa bed, spacious enough for 2 people to sleep. Fireplace and on top of which there's a 50-inch Smart TV with a Netflix account and other functions. It's always great to be able to make someone relax and know that we might have been able to make someone's day better, or even a better day tomorrow. We've met many awesome people over the years and one more interesting and greater than the other. On the ground floor, you have Bloom Lounge Restaurant if you fancy a cocktail or something to eat, and Go East Ipswich, a well-stocked Chinese Supermarket if you want some not-so-easy-to-find supplies. Miss Quirky Kicks where you will find loads of cool feng shui items. At 2 minute's walk it's a Sainsbury & Argos, across which is a pizzeria FireAway and the list could go on. The cinema is a 5-minute walk. At only a 5-minute walk it's the peaceful Christchurch Park and in the opposite direction, you find the lovely Ipswich Waterfront which can wash away any worry.
