Where do I start with this post. It was located near everything. My family and I (family of 4) stayed comfortably with pretty of space. Townhouse was stocked with everything we needed. Even beach supplies. The host was very responsive to and messages I left.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The townhome was clean, spacious and is conveniently located near the grocery store and restaurants! It also has a nice backyard with chairs. The owner was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this rental if you are visiting Fort Walton Beach and surrounding areas!

The house was so adorable. It’s close to everything which made us so convenient to us! The owner had snack waiting for us. She supplied beach towels, seats, and umbrella for all guest!

The New! Sunny Townhome in Ft Walton Beach is very convenient to everything. The townhome is exactly like the pictures. There is plenty of linens and paper supplies which is not true of other places we have rented. The owner got back to me quickly when I had questions.

My adult daughters and I had the best time. The location is right by a little strip of shops, close to several antique stores. It’s not even 5 minutes to the beach. My 7yr old loved the beach. Also, Chicken N’ the Egg was a great breakfast/brunch spot, Old Bay Steamers is a must for dinner. The host was super thoughtful we came in to snacks and a note with cupcakes. I would highly recommend this property.

The owners were very prompt in their responses to my questions. The house was easy to find. When we had a slow drain problem, they were there to fix it super quick! We'll be booking with them again!
