We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached. - Large private deck with brand new patio furniture with lots of seating room. - Our house features TWO full bathrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom and 1 large bathroom in the main area - Only a 7-10 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall. - Beautifully decorated space with modern furnishings and bright ambiance. - Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad. - Secure garage parking and TONS of available street parking. - Lightening fast WiFi on our large 55" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix. - Located close to The University of Alberta and UofA/Stollery Children's Hospital are only 10 min away! -Our home is pet friendly and we only charge $30/pet/night. Please inform as you book if you are bringing pets with you. What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast! -Our home is a triplex multi-family property which has two basement suites which also have short term guests living in them. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units. Our house comfortably sleeps 7 guests with 3 queen size beds, and a large double high queen air mattress you can set up in the spacious living room - All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! Guest access You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the garage located the back (west) side of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Mayfield Common - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton! Neighborhood High Park is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood located in northwest Edmonton, Alberta. The area is known for its beautiful parks and recreational spaces, including the eponymous High Park, which offers hiking trails, picnic areas, and a large off-leash dog park. Guests staying in the area will also have easy access to a variety of shopping and dining options, including the popular Westmount Shopping Centre and the trendy 124th Street shopping and dining district. The neighborhood is well-connected to the downtown core via public transportation, with several bus routes and the LRT line running through the area, which makes it convenient for guests to explore downtown's attraction, shopping and dining. Additionally, High Park is also an excellent location for those who want to experience the best of Edmonton's culture and entertainment scene, with several major venues like Rogers Place, Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium, and the Winspear Centre all located within easy reach. Getting around Getting around from our High Park property is easy and convenient. The neighborhood is well-connected to the rest of the city via public transportation, with several bus routes and the LRT line running through the area. The LRT station is just a short walk from the property and can take you directly to the downtown core, making it easy to explore all that Edmonton has to offer. In addition, the property is located just minutes from major roadways, such as Yellowhead Trail and St. Albert Trail, making it easy to access other parts of the city by car. Taxis, Ubers and other ride-sharing services are also widely available in the area. For those with their own vehicles, there is ample street parking available around the property. With so many transportation options, getting around and exploring the city will be a breeze for our guests. Other things to note Rates for Pet Fees: Nightly Rate: $30/night Weekly Rate: $150/week Monthly Rate: $300/month *Please note the pet fee charges are not included in our advertised pricing and are charged separately after the booking is confirmed. *Please note* - Additional guest fee apply after 4 guests *Please note* -All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total. * Please note * - We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. A garage opener for the garage out back behind the house will be located in the home on the kitchen counter. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
