Located near Disneyland, Angels stadium, Convention Center, CHOC! Walking distance: Mothers Market, Chipotle, Olive Garden, Coffee Shops. Walk to Main Place Shopping Mall. Pets allowed for an extra fee. Ask for an earlier check-in fee. Our living room has large seating area with 84" TV. The space is special in the way that you can open up the large living room door and enjoy the sunlight on the balcony with a nice overview. Everything is also newly renovated and up to date! Please keep in mind that we do have another downstairs unit that we also rent out by itself or can be rented together with this listing. - King Size Bed top floor with large closet and full bathroom with a bathtub. The room also offers 65" TV with Netflix etc. - Queen Size Bed on the first floor with a full bathroom, 65" TV. - Twin bed and two single beds on second floor with half bathroom. - Sofa bed in living room if additional sleeping space is needed. - We have queen size air mattresses if more sleeping space is needed. - We have baby gates for the stairways so families should feel safe renting our space! - Please provide information about number of guests staying the night, these numbers need to be accurate. - Please respect our neighbors and keep noise level to a reasonable level during the stay.
