However, we provide tall cooling towers for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast! Whether you just want to relax on your plush queen bed, read a book by the large windows, take a nap on the couch or get some work done at the kitchen table, this guest suite has everything you need to enjoy your visit. Our guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queen size beds, and a queen Pullout Couch in the living room - all beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has a full sparkling clean washroom with shower, sink, and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly! Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea, and coffee. Other things to note *Please note* - Additional guest fee apply after 2 guests *Please note* -All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total. *Please note* - we do require a $500 CAD Refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
