Nestled in Saint Helena Island, this charming house for $1,129 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 474 Tarpon is a 6 bedroom, 3 bath, oceanfront, 24/7 beach home. Newly renovated deck and boardwalk in 2024! This six-bedroom house is set up with two bedrooms with a bath between on each side of the house on the 2nd floor, and two bedrooms with a bath between on the 1st floor. All four 2nd-floor bedrooms have 1 queen bed, a dresser, a closet, and bedside tables on each side. The fifth bedroom downstairs has 2 queen beds with 2 closets and a dresser. The sixth bedroom has 2 twin beds, a closet, and a dresser. There is a 60" TV in the Living Room and TVs in all bedrooms. Kitchen has a new full-size oven. This property will comfortably sleep 14. Features include a wide-open main floor plan with privacy in bedrooms when needed. Spacious foyer when you enter the house, a great place to take off flip flops and empty beach bags before going upstairs. The laundry room is just to the left of the main entrance and has a full-size washer and dryer and 2nd refrigerator. An ideal place to put wet beach/pool towels to have ready for the next day! The large screened-in porch is furnished and leads directly to the propane grill and newly renovated deck and boardwalk. The property is streaming only and includes YouTube TV to allow you to access your choice of live TV, Amazon Firesticks in each room with High-Speed Wireless Internet (one room has a roku tv). Take a walk down your private boardwalk that is so close to the ocean it is partly submerged underwater at the highest tide. The newly renovated deck features a place to wash the sand off your feet along with a fish fileting station with running water. The View: The home is backed up directly to the beach, with a panoramic view of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, and two back bedrooms, truly surrounding you with the ocean. One of the best views on Fripp Island! Notes about the home: This beach house has been hosting families for many years. The owners renovated the back deck and 2nd-floor bedrooms in 2024. Full size oven installed in 2024! Please do not put any fresh catch or bait in the main fridge!!! Thank you!
