The Space: A beautiful 1BR Home of 450 sq. ft. with capacity for four (4) people, has one (1) King size bed in its private room next to a nightstand with a lamp. In the living room you have a sofa bed in front of a low table and a flat screen TV. You have a dining area to seat 4 people along with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, cutlery and a laundry room. A spacious and bright bathroom with big vanity, a shower, personal cleaning products, hairdryer and towels. Guest Access: Full access to the entire house and its amenities, nothing shared, everything is private. The Neighborhood: The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Valley Village. Very close to iconic sites such as the Hollywood walk of fame, the Santa Monica Pier where you will find an atmosphere of carnival fun by the sea.
