If the host cannot directly contact guests on the phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning. ✔No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, cigars, vaping, or drugs of any kind). ✔ A $750 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or if any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. ✔The maximum occupancy on this property is 9 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person. ✔Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check-out procedures prior to departure. ✔A late check-out fee of $250 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host.
