This baby proofed home features 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths, with 2 masters and ensuite bathrooms and a large open living space. We have 3 beds that can accommodate 2 people, 3 single beds and 2 cribs. It also has a large fenced backyard great for dogs. Please note we cannot accommodate cats. The space Our home is nestled on a quiet street with fantastic neighbors. It has all updated bathrooms and kitchen. Features a gorgeous granite countertop kitchen with big island and large walk-in master shower. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, including two masters with en Suite Bathrooms. Our bedrooms are set up as follows; 1 king bed and crib, 1 full bed 1 queen bed and crib, 2 single beds, and 1 single bed. Featured are also a dry bar with wine fridge, new Samsung Washer and Dryer, New Samsung Dishwasher, Frigidaire Fridge and Microwave and Whirlpool Oven. The backyard is fully fenced with tall privacy panels and includes a wood deck. The front of the home features a covered porch. It also has updated light fixtures and paint. We have childrens toys and books, a baby safety gate, highchair, outlet covers and babyproofed kitchen. Guest access Keypad for private entrance on door Other things to note We do have exterior security cameras on the front and back of the home. This is a non smoking property. Only dogs allowed with prior permission, please no cats. Must clean up after them in the backyard. Under no circumstance is your pet to be left unattended at the home unless caged. No pets allowed on the furniture/ beds. If evidence of pets is left in the backyard or furniture, additional fees will be charged. No gatherings, parties or overnight guests not listed on the reservation allowed. Drug use will not be tolerated at the property. If we learn drugs are being used, the police will be called and you will be removed from our home. All garbage and cans to be taken to curb on Monday and Thursday nights and brought back in the next morning after pick up. AC not to be lowered under 75°F. Do not use the indoor fireplace. Please no food in the bedrooms. If excessive mess or smell is left, additional fees will be charged. The house is regularly treated for insects and pests. However, this is Florida. You may occasionally see bugs. Please mitigate this by not leaving items, food or dirty dishes on the counter tops or in the sink. Refunds will not be given based on mother nature and her critters. There are locked cabinets doors and a locked storage room, please do not open these. All items that you could need are available in the unlocked parts of the home and kitchen. Please do not open closets as we still have clothes items in the home. Please do not leave front or back doors open for an extended period of time as bugs will see themselves in. If the rules are broken, we reserve the right to have you removed from the home without a refund. This is our home. We still have some personal items in it. If you are wanting a prestine home with zero trace of homeowners, this may not be the place for you. All necessities you could want or need are available. Please treat our home as you would your home.
