Please note: To enjoy the array of amenities offered at The Villages, guests must carry an ID Card. This card grants access to facilities such as swimming pools, golf courses, pickleball courts, and various recreational activities and classes. As your host, we can streamline the process by preparing passes in advance for convenient pickup at The Villages Sales Office nearest to your rental home. There is a nominal fee of $50 per couple, payable directly to The Villages via check or cash upon collection of the cards. To expedite the issuance of your passes, you must provide your full name, phone number, email, and address. Should you prefer to obtain the passes upon arrival at The Villages, please note that there will be a processing time of 24-48 hours. Each rental allows for two individuals to apply for Rental ID cards (also known as Temporary Resident IDs). Additional guests must accompany the cardholder to any Regional Recreation Center. The cardholder will present their Rental ID Pass, and guests will be required to complete a form providing their address, birthdate, home address, and dates of stay. There is no charge for Guest ID Cards. Once obtained, these passes grant access to all activities within The Villages. Please note that while access to the 18-hole Championship golf courses incurs a fee per round, the numerous 9-hole Executive courses require a small trail fee ranging from $4 to $8. In addition to the exclusive pool, the Orange Blossom area features several complimentary pools available for use with your Rental or Guest Passes. These free pools offer a refreshing option for relaxation and recreation during your stay. Please note – In order to book with us there is a 18 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the property must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. Pet Policy: Welcome to our pet-friendly property where your furry companions are valued guests. We offer a warm embrace for up to two dogs weighing under 35 pounds each, with a non-refundable fee of $100 each. Please be informed that due to homeowners insurance regulations, we regretfully cannot accommodate Pitbull dogs. To ensure a seamless stay, kindly notify Love Rentals in advance, as failure to do so may incur a minimum charge of $500, potentially up to $1,000.
